The studio 503 is in the centre of the Alpine village of Tignes; mainly located at over 2100 metres above sea level (you can admire the beautiful landscape on the home page).

At the heart of the Killy ski area, part of a dynamic ski resort, offering, in summer and winter alike, various activities for everyone (skiing, fitness and wellness centre, golf, hiking, bike park, ice diving, children animation services...), the studio 503 benefits from an direct access to ski slopes and ski and snowboard schools, sports complex or whether supermarkets, shops, press office, restaurants, pubs, bowling alley...
Situated on the 5^th floor of the Palafour building, with 4 lifts, our studio with balcony, south facing and without vis-à-vis, will allow you to take advantage of the sunshine and enjoy the outstanding view of the Lac de Tignes and La Grande Motte.
The studio 503 will provide you the wellbeing you need to fully enjoy your holidays without any constraints.

Its different features:

-Individual studio for 5 people
-5 beddings available, with a double trundle sofa bed 2X80x190cm and a single bed 80x190cm in the main room and two bunk beds 2x80x190cm in the hall. The sleeping areas are separated by a double curtain, enabling everyone to preserve his privacy.
-A bathroom with a bath to relax, storage units and mirrors.
-A fitted kitchen with crockery, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, hot plates, a cafetiere and a toaster.
-A cable television.
sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided.

To enjoy more comfort, a locker for your ski equipment is for your use in the basement of the building.

The rental is effective from Saturday to Saturday for one week minimum.
