Checking in

Between 4.00 pm and 10.00 pm (after 10.00 pm until midnight is possible with an additional fee).
The appointment will be arranged before arrival with a member of our team. One person only will be responsible for checking in and be handed over the keys. The other tenants, luggage and personal belongings will have to wait till the end of the check in.

Checking out

Before 10.00 am.
One person only for the check-out, the other tenants will need to leave the apartment beforehand. Bins and fridge need to be emptied, tableware needs to be cleaned and tidied away (if a dish-washer is available, washing at 60°C is recommended), used linens (bed sheets and towels) have to be gathered in a single-use bag provided for this purpose.
Our cleaning teams step in for deep cleaning of the studio using virucidal and bactericidal products, hydroalcoholic gel and disposable undersheets.

Deposit payment

Deposit using cash or card is impossible (Renting by Tignes Booking).
The deposit needs to be payed to the landlord before arrival or by cheque once arrived.
